Our city frowns upon them, roll-up metal garage doors. They want us to put in much more expensive "carriage doors." I was feeling a little guilty for not beautifying our city when we got a new garage door, especially since the garage is this big glaring white thing right on the sidewalk. But inspiration struck. So late Saturday night, Nicky and I took a test word down to see if it stuck. It did and the Magnetic Poetry moved outside to form the Ordway Street Poetry Garage. By 9 am Sunday, there were five poems. (I wish I'd thought to take pictures then, but I didn't think of that until Bob Theis gave me the idea. These are Tuesday morning's poems.)

So cool! I forgot to add mine when I stopped by!
